ART Engineering Inc. was retained by ConCreate USL Ltd. and later Horseshoe Hill Construction Inc. to provide structural consulting services for the construction of the Vimy Memorial Bridge. The bridge has recently been awarded with the prestigious Gustav Lindenthal Medal at the International Bridge Conference, recognizing its aesthetic qualities and harmony with its surrounding environment. Constructed adjacent to the bridge location, the structure was transported across a temporary bridge for its final installation. As such, various temporary structure designs and services were required.
